| Abstract: | This paper discuses/analyses on the Financial administration problems of Private Enterprises firstly, which involve management model, capital operation, investment Decision, financial risk, collecting funds. Then it proposed that the private enterprises should focus on the problem of financial administration in the future development, and to resolve these problems the article formulates corresponding countermeasures. |
