产业链概念及其形成动力因素浅析

近年来,有关产业链研究显著升温,但学术界对产业链定义及形成动因还没有形成一致认识。文章从企业追求自身长远利益最大化的角度给出产业链定义,然后分别从内因和外因分析产业链形成的动力因素。其中,内部动力因素包括“降低交易费用”、“风险规避”和“创造和利用社会资本”;外部动力因素包括“区位优势”、“技术进步”以及“政府产业政策”。
