浙江省丽水地区生态环境建设与布局研究

摘    要:根据浙江省丽水地区不同区域类型,不同单元,不同层次的生态牲提出了3个类型区和6个重点建设区的布局,以采取不同的建设途径和策略。同时,根据生态建设现状和急需解决的问题,结合国家和省对生态环境建设的方向,遵循统筹安排,先重点后一般,分步实施的原则,提出了生态环境保护、农业生态、产业结构和布局调整及转换、社会重庆等四大方面的工程和23个优势实施的重点项目的构想。

Abstract:This paper sets forth the importance of ecological environment construction of Lishui District by analyzing the superior conditions that Lishui lies on the sources of on River, Qian Tang River, Min river and other three rivers. and it is one of the major forest zones and natural ecological defense of Zhejiang province. On the basis of ecological characteristics of different regional types, landform and levels. The paper proposes the distribution about three regional types and six major constructive zones. By adopting different construction ways and tactics. Meanwhile. in the light of the present situation and the urgent problems of the ecological environment. The author combines the orientation of ecological environment construction clarified by the nation and provincial government of Zhejiang, and obeys the principle of making overall arrangement and taking the major projects firstly and putting them into effect partly. The author puts forward four major projects as to the ecological environment protection; the agricultural ecological; the distribution adjustment and transformation of industrial structure; social ecology. The opinion about twenty-three major projects that will be given to priority to carry out.
