| 摘 要： | 家族企业在我国经济中占有比较重要的位置,但第一代开拓者,如何才能让自己的财富继续地积累,让自己的企业世代传承,是一个值得研究的问题。职业经理人和家族后代继承,是目前家族企业的两种主要继任模式。文章主要探讨了后一种模式,并就如何选择、培养家族企业后代接班人提出了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Family enterprises plays an important role in China's economy, but it is an issue worthy of study that how first -generation pioneers let their wealth and their enterprises pass down to young generations. Professional managers and descendents are two different models. The paper deals with the latter model and the author expresses his ideas on how to choose and cultivate later generations to become successors. |
