美国跨国公司内部贸易研究

摘    要:在当代的国际贸易中,大约1/3的贸易都发生在跨国公司内部。随着跨国公司对外生产、销售乃至研发过程的对外发展,为了减少外部市场的不确定性,他们试图以一种企业内部的组织机制来替代外部的市场机制.这主要表现为跨国公司内部投资,内部贸易的迅速发展。商品贸易和服务贸易正好反映美国跨国公司内部贸易的一般特征。

Abstract:According to the statistics of UNCTAD, one third of the international trade volume goes to interior transactions of the cross-national corporations, who, in order to reduce the uncertainty of external market, attempt to replace the external market mechanism with an interior organizational mechanism within the enterprises. That is seen in their internal investment of the cross-national corporations as well as their rapid growth of their intra-trade.
