湖南省高职学生就业指导调查及对策分析

目前,我国的高职院校就业指导服务存在着诸多的不足和缺陷,高职院校必须把高职毕业生的就业工作放在首位,认真研究,采取有效措施,促进就业工作的改革与发展。基于此背景,笔者针对湖南省高职院校就业及其指导现状进行研究,并结合当前金融危机对高职学生就业的影响,提出了相应的对策建议。
