| 摘 要： | 新时期如何推进我国农村的政治经济发展及社会全面进步,建设社会主义新农村,笔者认为:完善村民自治是推进农村政治发展的基础工程,大力转移农村劳动力是实现农村富裕的必然选择,培养现代农民是建设社会主义新农村的关键,推进城镇化是农村发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Over promoting the politics development,economy development and social development in Chinese countryside to build new socialist countryside in the present periods,the writer thinks that to complete the villagers`self-government system is the basic project of politics development,it`s necessary to transfer surplus peasants from agriculture for rural properity,training modern persants is the key to build new socialist countryside,urbanization helps the rural development. |
