浅论以价格杠杆“撬动”社会主义新农村建设

坚持以科学发展观为统揽,积极运用价格杠杆,着力解决社会主义新农村建设中突出的价格矛盾和问题,要求运用价格杠杆,多渠道增加农民收入;落实各项惠农价、费政策,切实减轻农民负担;发挥价格杠杆作用,支持农村经济社会发展;深化价格服务工作,提升为农服务水平.运用价格杠杆促进农村的经济发展,要切实为广大农民办好事、办实事,使各种惠农的价格政策走进农村千家万户,从而大力推进我国社会主义新农村建设.

On "Levering" the Building of a New Socialist Countryside through Price Leverage

We must take the scientific outlook on development as the guiding principle, make full use of price leverage and strive to solve the major price contradictions and problems in building a new socialist countryside. This requires using price leverage to increase rural income through various channels, implementing preferential policy measures of price and fees to farmers to effectively reduce their burden, giving play to price leverage to support rural economic and social development, and improving price services to better serve farmers. In order to promote rural economic development through price leverage, we must do good deeds in real earnest for farmers and extend the benefit of preferential price policy to all rural households, thus giving a strong impetus to building a new socialist countryside.
