浅谈我国中小白酒企业发展的方向

我国白酒存在企业多、规模小、管理机制僵化、效率低、费用高、效益差、秩序乱等主要问题，另外随着WTO条款的实施、国外白酒企业国内竞争的加剧，我国中小白酒企业面临着如何做大做强、培养自己的独特竞争优势的现实选择。文章从中小白酒企业面临的问题入手，探讨了我国中小白酒企业的出路所在。
