| 摘 要： | 在提出自主技术创新定义和测度指标库的基础上,根据定义内涵删除了不合适的测度面,比对了各测度面及其指标,归并含义相近的测度面和指标,保证测度面及其指标的唯一性和覆盖性。根据自主技术创新过程构建了逻辑模型,以模型为基础净化及补充了相应指标。分析结果指出,对企业自主技术创新的测度应包含3个测度面,它们又分别包含5个资源指标、12个能力指标及2个技术成果归属指标。
