农产品供应链发展循环经济的推进机制研究

文本认为,基于农产品供应链构建农业循环经济微观组织,基于农产品供应链集成机制研究循环经济推进机制,可以解决农业产业链上独立经济主体循环经济目标不一致与行为不协调的问题。该推进机制基于循环经济运行的动因,根据实际情况设定循环经济所要实现的目标,确定农产品供应链集成机制各利益攸关主体,实施整体优化的运作模式,以实现所设定的预期目标。文章指出,对相关企业追求利润与绿色声誉,消费者追求环境改善和食品安全以及政府追求社会可持续发展这三方面的动因进行协调,形成供应链循环经济激励机制是重要研究方向;优化基于农产品供应链集成机制的循环经济运作模式,可以突破在农业产业链上整合、实施循环经济的依托和效率问题。

Study on Promoting Mechanism of Developing Circular Economy in Agri-Supply Chain

Economic agents in agri-chain have different objects of Circular Economy,and so lack sufficient incentive to coordinate activities of Circular Economy.So it is feasible to study on the promoting mechanism of developing Agricultural Circular Economy based on integrated mechanism of the Agri-Supply Chain which builds the micro-organization of agricultural Circular Economy.The research shows building the motivation mechanism of Circular Economy by coordinating three driving forces are very important,the three driving forces include business for benefit and green reputation,consumer for improving environment and food safe,and government for the sustainable development of society.The operation models of Circular Economy are to be optimized based on integrated mechanism of the Agri-Supply Chain,and so which lead to breakthrough for the problem of the effective and practice of Circular Economy in agricultural industry chain.
