| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革,从1979年迄今已30年,但都没有彻底解决国有企业所存在的问题。国有企业产权界定中有模糊之处。无论是着眼于解决国企体制和机制不活的问题,还是着眼于解决国有经济布局和结构的问题,国企都必须推进产权制度改革。

| Abstract: | The reform of state-owned enterprises from 1979 to the present has been 30 years,but did not completely solve the problems in state-owned enterprises.Defining property rights of state-owned enterprises has fuzzy place.Whether it is aimed at solving the problems of state-owned enterprise system and the mechanism is not active,or solving the problem of state-owned economic layout and structure,state-owned enterprises must promote the reform of property rights. |
