胶印机印版水量测量系统研究

摘    要:水墨平衡是保证胶印机印刷质量的关键。本文提出利用湿度传感器检测印版水量大小,从而建立相应的印版水量实时检测系统。通过装有湿度传感器的测量室检测印版水量得到的实际测量数据,建立相应的自适应神经网络模糊推理系统模型并进行训练。最后用实验检测数据进行验证,证明湿度传感器检测印版水量的可行性。

Abstract:Ink-water balance is the key factor which influences offset printing quality.In this paper,the method was suggested that a humidity sensor was used to measure the water quantity on the offset printing plate.The corresponding measuring system was founded.In this system,the humidity sensor was fixed in the measuring chamber which can avoid the interference from the environment.The model of ANFIS(Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System) was founded through the data gotten in the experiment and trained.Finally,the feasibility of this method was proved by the experiment data.
