广蓄二期300MW电动发电机效率试验

摘    要:广州蓄能水电厂(二期)电动发电机的效率试验在7号机上进行,由西门子公司试验专家负责现场实施。根据合同要求和IEC标准采用水流量热法,其损耗测量包括不变损耗和可变损耗两部分。通过被试电机的空载和负载试验,以水流量热法测定被试电机的损耗分布、总损耗和输入、输出功率,即可计算出各种负荷下的效率值及加权平均效率。实践证明,采用该方法进行电机效率试验,其试验力试验方法比较简便,测量精度和可靠性较高,并能实现自己记录;其测试结果符合设计和合同要求,且多项测试值均高于合同值。

Abstract:The efficiency test of the electric generator of the Guangzhou Pumped Storage Plant (second stage) was conducted in the No.7 generating unit. In accordance with the contract requirements and IEC standards, the water flow heat method was adopted. The loss measurement includes invariant loss and variant loss. The tests on the generator with load or no-load were made by the water flow heat method to measure the loss distribution, total loss, and input and output power of the tested generator. Then the efficiency value and weighted average efficiency under the conditions of various loads can be calculated. The practice showed that adopting this method to test the efficiency of generator, its test equipment and ways is more simple and the accuracy and reliability is high. Moreover, it can record automatically and the test results can meet the needs of design and contract. Many test values all are higher than the contract values.
