| 摘 要： | 研究目的:基于可持续发展资源配置公平原则探讨农地非农化配置中的收益分配问题。研究方法:文献资料法,实证分析法。研究结果:农地非农化配置中,不同区域和不同社会群体之间在土地收益分配上存在不公平现象。研究结论:在农地非农化配置中拟通过村级留地制度、提高建设用地指标最低交易价和税收等方式,实现土地收益的公平分配和社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to analyze the revenue distribution of farmland conversion based on the principle of fairness in the sustainable development theory.Methods of documentation and case study were employed.
