| 摘 要： | 研究目的:构建失地农民生活水平评价体系,科学、客观地评价失地农民的生活水平。研究方法:德尔菲法,层次分析法,对比分析法,实证分析法。研究结果:以马斯洛的需求层析理论为指导,运用多种研究方法建立失地农民生活水平评价体系,并对辽宁省昌图县部分失地农民失地前后生活水平变化进行了实证检验,结果表明,在昌图县调查的18户失地农民中,有83%的失地农民在失地后生活水平有所改善,17%的失地农民生活水平持平或略有降低。研究结论:本文建立的失地农民生活水平评价体系可以较准确地评价失地农民的生活水平变化。
