挣值法在土地开发整理工程成本偏差分析中的运用研究

研究目的:本文借鉴项目管理中的重要技术方法——挣值法的基本原理,试图基于工作分解结构构建土地开发整理工程成本偏差分析框架,为解剖土地开发整理工程竣工成本偏差的成因、全面反映土地开发整理工程规划设计和费用执行偏差情况提供一个参考工具或报告框架。研究方法:文献资料法,比较借鉴法。研究结果:通过增加实际完成的工程的预算价格的计算,与实际工程结算价格、计划工程预算、实际工程成本等进行比较,得到单价变化引起的成本偏差、工程量变化引起的成本偏差、结算价格浮动系数、工程量执行系数、费用执行系数等分析指标,基于工作分解结构(WBS)构建了土地开发整理工程成本偏差分析框架。研究结论:挣值法可运用于土地开发整理工程成本偏差分析。

Earned Value Method in the Total Cost Variance Analysis for Land Development and Consolidation Project
