| 摘 要： | 研究目的:解决土地评价指标体系构建中存在的指标结构不合理和指标冗余等问题。研究方法:以兰州市七里河区农村居民点整理潜力评价作实证研究,引进粗糙集理论的属性约简原理筛选指标,并与相关性检验保留指标对比。研究结果:(1)通过属性约简保留的属性核为人均农村居民点面积(X_1)、人均空闲居民点建设用地面积(X_4)、人均GDP(X_6)、城镇化率(X_9)和民众支持程度(X_(10))5个指标;(2)通过相关性检验,除保留了全部属性约简保留的指标外,还保留了人均未利用地面积(X_5)这一指标;(3)属性约简能识别不相关指标,保留的指标包含于相关性检验保留的指标,表明属性约简保留的指标精简、有效。研究结论:通过属性约简原理筛选指标,为土地评价提供了一种新的手段和途径。
