| 摘 要： | 技术性贸易壁垒对中国出口贸易的影响从长期来看是正向效应,它是技术进步的阶梯,促进了中国技术进步,增强了产品竞争力。因此,中国出口产品在遭受国外技术性贸易壁垒时,我们既要妥善处理好技术壁垒带来的短期负面影响,更要看到其长期的正面效应。
