摘    要:企业战略对于企业的生存和发展至关重要。企业战略寻求的就是要不断地获取并保持自身的竞争优势。成功的人力资源开发与管理是企业不断获取并保持自身竞争优势的源泉,它可以帮助企业不断地提高员工的知识和技能、改善员工的态度和行为、降低企业的各项成本和促进企业的标新立异,从而使企业不断拥有核心竞争能力,实现其战略目标。
