江苏省产业技术创新战略联盟的灰评估研究--基于中心点三角白化权函数

为了对江苏省产业技术创新战略联盟的现状进行评估，文章构建了评价指标体系以及基于中心点三角白化权函数，对实地调查所得数据进行灰评估，从而得出结论：以高校或科研机构为主导模式的联盟运行情况较好，而政府主导型和企业主导型的联盟运行情况较为分散，以评价等级“一般”居多。为此，提出了较有实际意义的相关对策建议。

Study on Grey Evaluation of Jiangsu Province Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance--Based on Center-Point Triangular Whitenization Weight Function

In order to investigate the performance of Jiangsu Province industrial technology innovation strategy alliance, this paper constructs an evaluation index system, meanwhile, based on center-point triangular whitenization weight function and the field survey data,we examine the grey evaluation. The results suggest that university or research institutions-oriented alli-ance performs better, but the government’s/enterprise-oriented alliance performs diverse, and the majority is rated＂gener-al”. At thes ame time,some practical significance countermeasures are put forward.
