| 摘 要： | 随着工业化、城市化的快速发展,资源和生态环境问题已经成为中国城市发展关注的焦点,如何构建生态安全、环境友好的新型生态城市,成为城市发展的重要课题。廊坊市位于京津两大城市之间,具有创建生态市的良好基础和条件,被河北省列为率先建设生态市的城市。在《廊坊市生态市建设规划》的编制和研究过程中,我们采用了多学科的交叉研究,总结了国内外城市的经验,为经济发展、城市建设和生态环境建设提出了新的决策依据。
