| Abstract: | In this paper,the writers presented a proposal that under the Condition that if the diameter of faundation pile is greater than 1.2m and the length of that is between 15m to 40m,the double tremie pipe method would be suitable to be adopted.The writers described also the process,Key points and problems which are liable to appear in the construction,and treatment ways for these problems.Using the traditional mono-tremie pipe,the concrete tends to stick in the pipe,and the foundation pile thus formed may not be a continuous shaft,whereas the double tremie pipe method can solve this problem.The double tremie pipe is shown in Fig.1. |
