我国上市公司参与风险投资的制度分析

根据统计,目前我国上市公司参与风险投资总量大约在434亿元左右。参与风险投资的上市公司共计132家,而得到上市公司支持的风险投资机构为89家。本文运用制度经济学理论,对上市公司风险投资制度的起源,以及其制度变迁等深层次的问题进行系统分析,对我国风险投资的发展具有一定的指导意义。
