对高等教育营利问题的思考

中国高等教育多年一直坚持公益性,但随着市场经济对高等教育的冲击,高等教育的营利性已成为客观存在.允许高等教育适当营利可以拓宽投资渠道,促进高教投资体制多元化和高等教育大众化,提高普通高校办学效率.因此,建议修改相关法律有关高等教育营利问题的条款,使高等教育营利合法化.

Ponderations on the Profit Problems of Higher Education

Chinese higher education persists in the nature of public welfare all the time. However, following the shock of market economy to higher education, it is neccessory for higher education to seek profits. The investment channel can be broadened, the pluratism of higher education system and the popularization of higher education promoted and the efficency of running a school in the common universities improved so as to allow higher education to seek proper money. There fore, the related laws in the terms of seeking profits in higher education can be revised to make higher education make money legally.
