摘    要:随着信息化技术的迅猛发展,近几年来,网络招聘成为国内优秀企事业、跨国公司等人才招募最有效的途径。越来越多的企业选择网络招聘,如何通过网络最迅速、最便捷、最有效地获取企业需要的人才以增加企业整体竞争力成为企业最关心的问题。

Abstract:In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,online recruiting becomes the most effective way to recruit talent in the outstanding enterprises,institutions and multinational corporations.More and more companies are choosing online recruiting.How to obtain the needed talent fastest,most convenient and effective by network to increase overall competitiveness of the enterprise becomes the most concerned problem of the companies.
