如何培育我国企业的核心竞争力

摘    要:企业的核心竞争力包括四大要素:产品竞争力、科技竞争力、营销竞争力和管理竞争力.实践证明,没有这四大要素的优化组合就形成不了企业的竞争优势,也就形成不了企业的核心竞争力.形成并保持企业核心竞争力是一项长期的根本性战略,必须做好以下工作:培养创新人才;调整企业竞争战略;及时整合业务资源和知识资源;建立良好的企业文化;更新营销观念,真正将企业营销工作放在中心位置.

Abstract:Enterprise's core competitive power contains four key elements: product,technology,sale and management.We can draw a conclusion from practice that business competitive power and superiority can not take shape without these four elements' optimized corporation.To form and keep core competitive power is a long essential strategy,we should do something as: train talent people,adjust competitive strategy,conform business and acknowledge resource in time,build up well enterprise culture,renew the sale idea,put the work of sale in the core.
