| 摘 要： | 从企业集团和企业集群的组织形式和内部运行机制出发,对企业集团和企业集群的竞争优势进行比较分析,通过比较企业集团与企业集群竞争优势的共性与差异性,指出两者共有和特有的竞争优势,并进一步分析了两者竞争优势的不同形成机制。在此基础上,论证了企业集团与企业集群共生的可能性,并提出了通过两者共生促进区域经济发展的模式。

| Abstract: | This article carries out comparative analysis of enterprise group and enterprise cluster's competitive advantage from the perspective of their type of organization and internal operational mechanism. By comparing their similarities and differences of competitive advantage,it indicates their common and unique competitive advantages,and further ana-lyzes different formation mechanism of competitive advantage.
