| 摘 要： | 从科学哲学的视角对"管理理论丛林"存在的原因进行了深入的探讨,通过证实主义、证伪主义和范式理论对管理学理论的考察,发现正是由于管理活动的复杂性和管理学理论本身的特性,使得管理理论难以被证实和证伪,管理学者难以形成同一的科学共同体,管理学难以形成惟一或主导范式,由此造成了管理学"理论丛林"的状态.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of science philosophy, the author makes a further study on the causes for the formation of the management theory jungle, Though the analysis of positivism, falsificationism and the theory of paradigms, the author finds that it is the complexities of the management activity and the attributes of management theory itself that makes the theories difficult to verify and falsify, the scholars in the field of management can not belong to one scientific community and management can not has one dominant paradigm. These are the reasons cause the management theory jungle. |
