我国物流业的现状及法律环境体系的构建

我国物流业虽然有了一个良好的发展开端,但是,随着经济全球化和信息技术的高速发展,物流法律环境与国际先进水平相比还存在较大差距,现有的物流法律法规不能适应现代物流的发展需要,成为现代物流快速发展的瓶颈。因此,我国现代物流需要国家制定、实施、完善物流发展的法律法规等法律环境。本文通过分析我国物流业现状,尤其是物流立法存在的问题,提出构建我国物流法律体系的基本思路。
