海峡西岸经济区港口物流网络体系的构建

本文认为,当前港口成为福建物流的中心节点,港口物流是实现海峡西岸经济区发展要素整合、协调和优化的重要途径,构筑适应经济社会发展需求的港口物流网络体系对加快海峡西岸经济区建设具有十分重要的现实意义。文章采用模糊聚类方法对福建省沿海主要港口进行了宏观规划层次分析,根据各个港口与城市的关系、港口特征,将福州港和厦门港定位为主枢纽港(第一层次),泉州港和湄洲湾港定位为地区性重要港口(第二层次),漳州港和宁德港定位为地方性中小港口(第三层次),构建了一个以主枢纽港为骨干,区域性重要港口为辅助,地方中小港口为补充的层次分明的海峡西岸经济区港口物流网络体系。

The Structure of Port Logistics Network System in the West Coast Economic Zone of Taiwan Straits

Port Logistics is a new field of logistics research.Port logistics network system is the result of the development of logistics function and scope,and also the inevitable trend of logistics development.Nowadays,port is a core node of Fujian logistics,constructing a port logistics network system meeting the need of economy society development is very important to quicken the West Coast Economic Zone of Taiwan Straits development.The author analyzes the macrostructure of Fujian main ports such as Fuzhou port,Xiamen port,Quanzhou port,Meizhouwan port,Zhangzhou port and Ningde port through fuzzy clustering method.Based on the relation between port and city and the characteristics of ports,the author considers Fuzhou port and Xiamen port as the main hinge ports(the first layers),Quanzhou port and Meizhouwan port as the regional important ports(the second layers),Zhangzhou port and Ningde port as the local small and medium-sized ports(the third layers),construct a clearly demarcated layers of port logistics network system of the West Coast Economic Zone of Taiwan Straits that rely mainly on the main hinge ports,the regional important ports being the second and the local small and medium-sized ports being the third.
