| 摘 要： | 礼仪文化在酒店企业管理中是一个重要的组成部分,起着至关重要的作用。它是酒店服务人员对酒店文化机制的建立及酒店员工行为方式的综合现象的表现。本文试图从酒店管理中的礼仪服务现状谈谈建立酒店礼仪文化的构建途径研究。
