诚信：市场经济条件下坚守的道德底线

诚信是商业道德体系中的核心部分,又是商业社会中的道德底线,守住它,市场经济才能快速有效地向前发展。目前,众多失信事件造成的失信问题已成为我国市场经济发展的瓶颈,由此引发的社会负效应日益凸显出来。今后,应加强与诚信相关的制度法规建设,普及心理科学教育,倡导美德修养尤其先从政府开始。

Integrity: A Moral Bottom Line to Be Adhered to in Market Economy

Integrity is the core in the business ethics system and also the moral bottom line in the business community. Only has it been adhered to, the market economy can go ahead rapidly and efficiently. At present, discredit problem because of a number of dishonesty incidents has become the bottleneck constraining the development of China＇s market economy; hence the social negative effects have been increasingly prominent. In future, it＇s necessary to strengthen construction of the legal system associated with the integrity, to intensify psychological science education, and to advocate virtual cultivation, particularly the governments should follow it as a model.
