| Abstract: | The papar introduces the formulation and main contents of the Small-and-medium-sized Enterprise Integration Promotion Act of Japan and its influence upon the Japanese logistics industry,pointing out that the improvement of comprehensive laws and regulations of the Chinese logistics industry and the establishment of a sound logistics legal system will be conducive to the development of the industry. |
