Vocational Morality in Modern Society: Adhesive between Individuals and Society

Morality is multi-functional and one of its important functions is uniting individuals and society.In traditional society,individuals are firmly restrained in a common system by the model of consistency and establishment of mutual objective.In modern society,because of scheming interests against others and lack of common values,alienation emerges between individuals and society.However,there are lots of vocational groups in modern society,acting as an inter-medium and becoming a bridge between individuals and society.Improving vocational is beneficial for the development of individual responsibility and could become an important adhesive between individuals and society.
