超声波辅助提取石榴皮中齐墩果酸的工艺研究

摘    要:以石榴皮为原料,以齐墩果酸得率为指标,分别研究了乙醇浓度、固液比、超声时间、超声温度对石榴皮中齐墩果酸得率的影响。通过正交试验优化了提取工艺,结果表明最佳工艺条件是乙醇质量分数为50%、固液比为0.05g/mL、超声温度为60℃、超声时间为30min,在最佳提取工艺下石榴皮中齐墩果酸得率为0.394%。

Abstract:Ultrasonic wave extraction of oleanolic acid from pomegranate rind was investigated. Effect factors,which in- cluded concentration of alcohol, ratio of solid to liquid, ultrasonic wave time, and ultrasonic wave temperature were investiga- ted also. Extraction process was optimized through orthogonal test. Results showed that the optimum conditions as follows: mass fraction of alcohol was 50%, ratio of solid to liquid was 0.05, ultrasonic wave temperature was 60 ℃, and ultrasonic wave time was 30 min. Extraction rates of oleanolic acid could up to 0.394% in the optimum conditions.
