| 摘 要： | 回顾、总结了城市社区改造理念的变化及其发展历程,结合典型事例介绍并分析了发展中国家低收入社区的参与型社区改造在项目手法、开发方式上的阶段性特点,从社会、经济、政治的多维视角总结了参与型社区改造的经验,并揭示了其对中国社区改造的启示意义.

| Abstract: | After reviewing the theoretical and policy change of participatory development in low income communities of developing countries,this paper aims to analyze the features of its project style in different historical stage through several case-studies,and illustrates the influence of participatory community development on urban social,economical and political sectors.Based on the experience of developing countries,this paper also discusses main problems of urban renewal and community development in contemporary Chinese cities,and tries to provide some suggestions for improvement and resolution. |
