技术交易合同流向地域特征的实证分析

从技术交易合同的定义及其契约特征着手,运用对应分析方法对我国2006年技术交易合同流向地域按合同总数排名前十位的地区的统计数据进行分析,发现北京、上海、福建、天津4个地区的合同类别具有相似的比例结构,它们主要集中在技术服务合同周围;广东、山东、河北、江苏4个地区的合同类别主要集中于技术开发合同和技术转让合同周围;辽宁、浙江的技术交易合同比例结构区别于其它8个省市;而技术咨询合同在这10个省市的技术交易合同构成中不具备显著性特征。

The Empirical Analysis of the Geographical Feature of the Technology Transaction Contract Flows
