| Abstract: | In October 2014, the Shanghai Gold Exchange （SGE） saw transactions with a total value of 520.879 billion yuan, up 47.62% year-on-year. In October, gold was traded 1578045 kilograms in SGE, up 77.55% year-on- year; the trading value of gold stood at 383.392 billion yuan, up 65.64% year-on-year; and its average daily turnover was 87669.16 kilograms. |
