| Abstract: | The cost management of the project should be strengthened to control and reasonablely confirm engineering cost and ensure the accuracy of engineering cost.The paper discussed the highway cost management from four aspects as improving of investment decision making feasibility study,strengthening of survey and design stage,improving of bidding supervision and strengthening the worksite construction management. |
