| 摘 要： | 屋面施工质量的好坏、优劣关系到建筑物的使用寿命和人们对总体建筑质量的满意度。目前国家把屋面防水工程的质量保证期限规定在五年以上是很有一些道理的。如何提高屋面的施工质量,克服质量通病、保证不漏,是我们建筑工作者研究的一个重要课题。分析了当前住宅建筑防水存在的主要问题,结合长期的实践经验,分别从设计和施工两个方面对屋面防水工程质量的控制进行分析讨论,请给予批评指正。
