| 摘 要： | 随着"3S"技术,特别是全球定位系统(GPS)等空间信息技术的出现并被逐渐应用到土地管理工作中,为解决土地问题、协调人地关系提供了强有力的技术支撑。为满足现代土地管理工作的需求,推进土地管理工作的现代化提供了可能。GPS技术的突出优点在于精确定位测量,及时提供变更区域的精确坐标数据,是采集土地初始信息和利用变更信息的一种现代化手段。
