| 摘 要： | 分配中的效率与公平及其相互关系是经济学研究的重要课题,也是市场经济国家长期以来所极力要实现但至今尚没有解决好的两个重要的政策目标。我国目前正在进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制,收入分配体制改革过程中的效率与公平及其相互关系问题也同样受到国人越来越多的关注。因此,正确认识我国现阶段收入分配中的效率与公平的含义,正确处理效率与公平的关系,认清效率、公平原则(机制)的实现过程等意义重大。
