| 摘 要： | 合理进行人力资本投资，把人口资源负担转变成人力资本优势，为我国经济增长方式的转变创造条件，成为社会各界所关注的热点问题。教育投资是人力资本投资的最主要途径，从教育投资的角度分析我国人力资本投资存在投资数量不足、质量不高、结构不合理的问题。合理进行人力资本投资应坚持科学发展观，缩小收入分配差距，建立健全人力资本产权制度，采取以市场机制配置为主、政府配置为辅的方式配置教育资源。
