| 摘 要： | 目前我国高等教育由于高校扩张和扩招都带来了严重的负面效应,存在着种种危机.高校应该树立科学的发展观,在高等教育改革的浪潮中重视素质教育,从而提高高等教育的质量和效益.高校实施素质教育是社会发展的必然,高校依据大学生身心发展特点,应从思想政治素质教育、身心素质教育、文化素质教育、业务素质教育和创新(创业)素质教育等方面,构建高校素质教育体系.
