| 摘 要： | 利用1986～2008年新疆的经济增长数据和水环境污染指标数据,通过协整分析理论得出新疆经济增长对水环境污染的影响非常显著,新疆经济增长带来了工业废水排放量和废水中化学需氧量的大量增加,从时间上来看,某一年度新疆经济的增长水平不仅会加剧本年度水环境污染的程度,还会对下一年度的水环境造成巨大的影响。环境库茨涅兹曲线模型分析了新疆经济增长与水环境污染指标之间的曲线关系,得出新疆工业废水的排放量与经济增长之间呈N型曲线关系,废水中化学需氧量与经济增长之间呈正相关线性关系。可见新疆目前的水环境污染程度仍在不断的加深。
