重建与改造——国外生态城市建设模式及对我国的启示

建设生态城市有重建新城和改造现有城市两条路径。审视了国外生态城市建设的先进理论和实践创新,从理论背景、实践案例、局限性等方面分别梳理了重建型生态城市和改造型生态城市两种建设模式及其建设经验。进而探讨我国借鉴国外生态城市经验时遇到的问题,包括国情差异造成国外经验应用的局限性和生态城市部分目标不被接受等,提出相应的建议,并分析我国生态城市建设模式的一般性选择路径。
