| Abstract: | Restricted from various resource and environmental factors,it is very necessary for Wenzhou city to propel the city development model low-carbon transforming.It should lead the low carbon concept into the future city development planning,promote industry low-carbon developing,encourage developing low-carbon traffic,build the low-carbon demonstrative community,and advocate low-carbon consumption mode. |
