| 摘 要： | 低碳城市是我国城市发展的必然趋势和路径选择。西安作为国家发改委确定的西北唯一低碳试点省份的中心城市,《关中—天水经济区发展规划》赋予其国际化大都市的战略定位。文章系统分析西安建设低碳型国际大都市的必要性与可行性,结合西安城市发展现状,阐述西安低碳型国际大都市的定位和阶段目标,最后给出建设低碳型国际大都市的对策思路。
