| 摘 要： | 随着湖南工业化进程的加快,工业经济发展与能源消耗及环境污染之间的矛盾越来越严重。文章通过近年湖南省能源消耗、工业环境污染及产业结构数据变化情况,分析得到湖南省产业结构与能源、环境的关系,并从中找出解决经济发展与能源消耗和环境污染之间矛盾的办法。
